ABOUT RYAN HK

Ryan HK is an advertising photographer and award-winning commercial director with over 20 years in the industry.

For more than 3 decades, film has been an integral part of his creative photographic process. Ryan enjoys the overall process, from choosing the right film stock to shooting/lighting, developing, scanning or darkroom printing. This ensures that the end product is a direct reflection of his vision and concept.

In a world of AI and digital consumption, the film photography process is more special than ever. Producing physical negatives and creating one-of-a-kind silver gelatin prints in the darkroom helps Ryan create photographic work that will stand the test of time.
