    • Serve as a primary contact during installation and exhibition period, responding to logistical or safety concerns as needed.

    • Monitor maintenance throughout February to ensure the exhibition remains accessible, safe, and visually strong.

  • Assist in the development and launch of a participatory social media campaign, encouraging the public to respond to the curatorial theme with their own images.

    • Collect audience feedback and artist participation data.

    • Contribute to final reporting for funders and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, event production, or arts administration (experience with outdoor/public art projects is an asset).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in liaising with diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of permitting, safety, and risk management in public space events is an asset.

  • Familiarity with Calgary’s cultural sector and commitment to principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

  • Estimated 4-10 hours/week, with increased hours during installation and exhibition launch (January–February 2026).

  • Compensation: $25-35/hour, commensurate with experience.

  • Please note: while the majority of work can be completed remotely, the Project Manager must be available in person for select meetings in Downtown Calgary, and for exhibition installation and take-down (in mid-January and late-February).
