Passing by: Calgary Moments

Passing By: Calgary Moments, presented by the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre and the Calgary Downtown Association, brings together perspectives from photographers across Calgary, capturing the textures, rhythms, and stories found in the heart of our city. Through images of streets, buildings, and public spaces, the exhibition reflects how artists observe and interpret downtown life as they move through it each day.

Viewers are encouraged to slow down and notice the beauty and emotion in their surroundings, just as these photographers do. Rooted in Alcove Photo Club’s commitment to accessibility and community connection, Passing By celebrates photography as a shared act of seeing, revealing meaning in the moments we often pass by.
